My skin is feeling pretty good today just a tad dry and few post acne marks that need fading. I’ve cleansed, toned, and exfoliated my skin. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.
Step 1: Vita-Moist Toner
Step 2: Re:Effect Ampoule
Step 1: Vita-Moist toner contains a combination of 8 different kinds of vitamin complex to brighten skin. Don’t be fooled by the name though, this is not the usual watery toner we’re used to. Instead, it has a watery-gel consistency that dried down kinda sticky. There was more than enough product in 1 sachet for 2-3 uses. I absolutely love the scent of this, it’s peachy and fruity.
Step 2: Re:Effect ampoule contains camellia oil, beta-carotene, retinol, and ceramide to left skin and plump wrinkles. This has a thicker gel consistency which also dried down sticky, gave off a peachy fruity scent, and enough for 2-3 uses.
After massaging steps 1 and 2, my skin was left feeling tacky and looking dewy.
Step 3: Water Bomb mask contains hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and bamboo water to hydrate and moisturize skin. The sheet felt just a teeny tad thicker than silk masks, which was still super soft, super thin, and felt like second skin. I was surprised this did not come with a backing. Essence was clear and watery.
Fit and adherence were great! I had this on for 35 mins, all the while enjoying the peachy fruity scent.
There were lots o leftover essence to massage in. My skin felt very hydrated and calm. It looked plump, bright, less red, with zero pores! These effects lasted an entire day for me. Finish was dewy and tacky at first but dried down silky and non-sticky after 15 mins.
Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.
I love 3-steps masks for the convenience and cost-effectiveness. I’m super impressed! Check out more Wonjin reviews here.
