How unique is the packaging?! It’s see-through and has a matte velvety finish, I love it! I was very surprised to see a mud sheet mask, all of the mud/clay masks I’ve ever seen come in a jar and need time to dry out before being rinsed off.
This sheet mask contains mud and natural ingredient extracts and is designed to adhere to the face while “wiping away the effects of stress, exhaustion or irritation.” This particular variety is meant for hydration.
I was in LA for a vacation whilst testing this mask hence my skin is dry and blotchy after the 6-hour long road trip from SF. I’ve already cleansed and toned my skin, skipping exfoliation to avoid aggravating my skin. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.
The sheet mask material is ultra thin and soaked in watery, clear essence smelled like clay and aloe to me. The sheet did not come with a backing and was very tightly folded so please beware when unfolding to avoid ripping it. It felt like Annie’s Way silk masks, albeit a little more pliable.
Due to how thin and soft the material was, fit and adherence were out of this world. I had this on for about 40 mins and it was still plenty damp.
My skin looks plump, even, less red and pore size reduced. It dried down to a matte finish but still gives me a hydrated glow from within look, perfect for use under makeup. I absolutely loved the way this made me skin looks and feels!
Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.
For the super low price point, novelty factor and amazing results, I highly recommend this and will definitely repurchase.
