My skin is feeling pretty okay today, just a little blotchy. I’ve already cleansed and toned, skipping exfoliation. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.
The thing I was looking forward to most about this mask is the scent. But I was utterly disappointed as this smells like air freshener that’s been in a heated car for too long. I hated so much that I got a migraine at the end of the 40 mins masking session which I powered through. The sheet is of medium thickness and has a pink tinge. It gave me a relatively nice fit, just a tad too much on the philtrum which I pushed up with ease. The adherence could be better.
My skin looks dewy and hydrated at the end of 40 mins. But that’s it. All it gave me was intense hydration, I didn’t even need an additional moisturizer which I normally do. My redness is still present. Still, I was pretty impressed that such a cheap mask did not irritate my sensitive skin and delivered tons of moisture to my combo dry skin.
Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.
Not sure if I would repurchase but I would recommend this to peeps who are starting out in the sheet masking world. That is if you have no problems with the scent.
