Review: Tosowoong Pure Blueberry Mask ★★☆☆☆

This is a dual function brightening and wrinkle-fighting mask.

It contains niacinamide, blueberry (antioxidants, vitamins A, C, E and minerals) and adenocine leaves to keep skin moisturized and plump. Ingredient list looks short and sweet.

Before masking

My skin is feeling normal today, but I am taking precautionary measures to lighten potential PIH from my pimples. I’ve already cleansed, toned and exfoliated my skin. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.

Essence was viscous and clear and smelled like grape fruit roll ups. Mask material was a thick cotton.

Fit was decent. It’s wider than it is long so there were excess near my ears while my a small part of my forehead was exposed.

Adherence was great! I had this on for 45 mins, no sensitivity at all.

After masking

My skin looked brighter and alot less red, this lasted the whole day. Finish was matte so my skin wasn’t has hydrated as I’d like. I topped it off with a hyaluronic acid sunblock and it felt great! There were no other significant effect aside from brightening.

Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.

This is great for oily, dull skin peeps and hotter climates. I wouldn’t be in a rush to repurchase this, though it’s still a decent mask for the price.
