Peach Slices is a newer sister brand of Peach & Lily. This brand focuses on bringing K beauty products to CVS stores. Lucky for me, my local CVS stores carries a few of these sheet masks that I’ve been dying to try.
This mask claims to even out skin tone, diminish dark spots and boost radiance. Notable ingredients: sea buckthorn, common purslane, rose, fig, Japanese yuzu, lotus, citrus, wild mint and niacinamide. It makes me super happy to see that it’s 8-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
My skin is feeling pretty dry and irritated today. I’ve cleansed, toned, and exfoliated my skin. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.
Essence was creamy and scentless.
The 100% cotton mask was soft and very pliable. It felt like a cross between a hydrogel and fabric.
Fit was strange. This is the first sheet mask that could cover my entire forehead up to my hairline. However, there was excess fabric around the mouth and chin area.
Not a huge deal though. Due to the great adherence I was able to scrunch up the excess and it stayed that way for 35 mins. No sensitivity was experienced.
Essence took awhile to dry down to a silky finish. The layer of hydration did not disappear throughout the day. My skin felt soft and very hydrated but I didn’t see any brightening. My skin did look less red though.
Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.
Not sure if I would recommend this. Will not repurchase. Check out more Peach Slices review here.
