I did see some separation in my jar but it’s normal since it contains real natural honey. I gave it a stir with my spatula before applying it onto my skin. I’m really excited about this one, my sensitive skin loves honey.

My skin is feeling slightly dry and dull. I’ve cleansed, toned, and exfoliated my skin. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.
The scent with so delicious and irresistible, I gave it a lick Erm, don’t do that, it’s not as delicious as it smells, the bitterness stayed on my tongue for a good 15 mins. The consistency is more like a honey cream. Very rich and smooth. Due to how creamy it was, I found it easier to get an even layer by applying it with my fingers than with the spatula.
Application was really easy, no drips or clumping. I had this on for 45 mins, the recommended duration was 10 – 60 mins. It was not showing any signs of drying out nor irritating my skin. I scrapped off the excess with the ergonomical spatula before rinsing. Rinsing it off was easy, but it left behind a film of hydrating wax which I wasn’t used to, so I might have rinsed off more than necessary. Note to self, please rinse gently next time.
My skin felt so smooth and soft I couldn’t stop touching it! I topped it off with a light moisturizer like CosRx Snail Essence and I was good. My skin did not show any dramatic effects, perhaps just a slight reduction in fine lines. It feels wayyy better than it looks. I really like this mask!
Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.
Due to how hydrating it is, I don’t think this will feel comfortable on oily skin. Despite the price tag, you do get 120g/4.23oz of quality product, which is still a whole lot in my opinion. I’d still use this conservatively so it’ll last longer.
Recently I’ve been experimenting with using this as a sleeping mask. I applied a very thin layer after my PM routine. This is pretty sticky so it was a challenge not to get it all over my hair and pillow. I woke up to very soft and hydrated skin! However, as the recommended wear time maxed at 60 minutes, my skin did experience some clogging. So I don’t encourage using this as a sleeping mask every night especially for clog-prone skin. Nevertheless, whenever my skin is extra dry, I will definitely use it this way!
Go be beautiful!
