Common Lab’s multitasking mask works to rejuvenate dull, stressed skin. Step 1’s gentle peel pad delivers active ingredients without stripping, while Step 2’s cellulose sheet mask infused with a comforting jelly-like essence works to instantly brighten and hydrate all skin types.
Common Labs Ggultamin B Real Jel Mask is enriched with a nourishing Vitamin B complex, that brightens, softens, and gently refines for a radiant, more even complexion. The reasoning behind this 2-step concept is that the presence of dead skin cells prevents nourishment from the mask from reaching the actual skin, hence it needs to be removed before masking commences for maximum effectiveness.

My skin is slightly irritated and dry today. I’ve cleansed, toned, and exfoliated my skin. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.
The cotton peeling pad contained glycolic acid and salicylic acid to provide gentle physical and chemical exfoliation, while hydrating and calming skin down with honey extract, chamomile flower extract, and centella asiatica. It had a chemical scent which I find pungent.
It felt very soft and smooth on my sensitive skin, no stinging sensation. I massaged this gently all over my face, avoiding the eye area. Toner dried down fast without tackiness, it also felt cooling on my skin. It managed to remove some dust and lint bits off my skin despite having double cleansed.
The cupra sheet mask felt very soft and had medium thickness. It was unevenly covered in jelly essence, which contained hyaluronic acid, honey extract (1000ppm), propolis extract, centella asiatica extract, and vitamin B complex to stabilize the skin barrier, increase hydration, and improve skin’s softness and elasticity. It had a strong perfumey scent which I disliked.
Before slapping on the mask, I scooped out the extra jelly from the packaging and slathered a thick layer on my skin. Fit and adherence were great! I had this on for 30 mins, it was still very damp.
It took very long to massage in the essence. I even followed up with fanning to get it to dry down faster. Finish was dewy and tacky, but it eventually went away throughout the day. My skin felt extremely hydrated and supple. My skin looked brightened but not the kind that made me go ‘wow!’, but more of a radiance. The largest difference I saw was an improvement to my redness and skin texture. It looked and felt smooth, pores were minimized and flakes were gone.
Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.
Please pardon the discrepancy in lighting, the sun was out, then hid behind the clouds 30 mins later. I highly recommend this for dry skin types! Check out more Common Labs reviews here.
Go be beautiful!
