My skin is slightly irritated and dull from the overproduction of sebum the past few days. I’m also sporting a couple of PIHs. I’ve cleansed, toned, and exfoliated my skin. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.
The environmentally-friendly cellulose type sheet felt soft and had a medium thickness. It was dripping with milky essence when I pulled it out of the packet. However, the surface of the sheet mask was also unevenly covered in creamy essence.
The essence seemed to have separated, I’ll make a mental note to massage the packet before using it the next time round. There was hardly any scent detected.
Fit was great! I appreciate masks that are long enough to cover my forehead and cup my chin because majority don’t. Adherence was alright. Some air bubbles surfaced throughout the wear and fold lines refused to stay flat. I had this on for 30 mins, it felt very stifling due to how viscous the essence was.
There were lots of essence to massage in. The first thing I noticed was how bright my skin looked! Hydration level was also amazing! However, there was no change to my redness and pore size. Finish was dewy and not tacky, but it did feel greasy. For this reason, I’d recommend this only to dry skin types.
Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.
Considering the how pricey this mask is for mediocre effects, I will not be repurchasing.
