My skin is feeling dry and slightly irritated and congested. I’ve cleansed, exfoliated, and toned my skin. Find out how I normally prep my skin for masking.
Out of the packet, I caught a faint rose fragrance. It reminded me of 23 Years Old’s Rose Gold 24 Mask. The material felt like a thick microfiber, and did not come with a backing. It felt very smooth and unfolded and applied easily without it though.
30 ml of essence had a milky consistency and was rather drippy. After pulling out the sheet mask from the packet, there was more than a palm-full of essence left. I proceeded to slather this all over my body since I liked the scent of the essence.
Fit was above average on my face. The entire sheet was on the small side, covering the inner perimeter of my face. I also found the material above my upper lip a little too long. It was covering my upper lip throughout the entire masking session and was uncomfortable for me.
Adherence was average. The edges lifted around the rounder areas like forehead and chin. The material around my chin was completely detached.
I took the mask off after 30 mins, it was still very damp.
There was lots of essence left to pat in. It took quite awhile for it to absorb and dry down. The finish looked very dewy and felt slightly tacky.
My skin felt very hydrated and moisturized. There was a layer of velvety hydrating film over my skin. I couldn’t stop touching my cheeks for they felt so velvety, smooth, and soft! My skin also looked less red and slightly more radiant. Pore size has also been slightly reduced.
Below is a side by side comparison of the before and after pictures.
This is a great one for people with dry skin and is only suitable for night use considering the finish. Even as a person with combo and dehydrated skin, I still enjoyed using this and highly recommend it to anyone with dryness issue!
Go be beautiful!
