Hello Skin Jumiso All Day Vitamin Brightening & Balancing Facial Serum

50ml of clear, viscous serum came in a see-through orange-tinted glass bottle with a dropper dispenser. I think this packaging is pretty standard for a serum like this. Since this does not contain pure Vitamin C, which can oxidize very easily under light and exposure to the air, this packaging makes sense.

How to use:

After using toner, in the essence stage, take an appropriate amount and apply it all over the face to absorb.

Serum comes out of the dropper looking gloopy and thick, with a light citrus fragrance. But it spreads really easily without tugging at the skin. My combo dehydration-skin sucks it up almost immediately, leaving behind a non-tacky and non-greasy finish, just happy hydrated skin.

I’ve been using this serum continuously for 2 weeks, in both my morning and evening routines. I like that the texture works for both, it’s just a matter of how much watery layers I apply underneath. I had a post-pimple spot on my forehead that turned dark but it’s barely visible now.

This is the perfect brightening serum for me because my skin proves to be too sensitive for Vitamin C. I’ve been relying on mandelic acid for brightening and fading pigmentation but even that irritated my skin sometimes. Also, my past experiences with seabuckthorn extract have always been amazing.

With my usage, I’ve gone through half the bottle in 2 weeks. I foresee this entire bottle lasting me a month. But it is affordable and I’m actually glad to to open a fresh bottle every month instead of using a product for 3 months, which increases the product’s chances of oxidation and contamination.
